Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe King Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful during our check-in, offering local dining recommendations. I enjoyed drinks at the bar, though prices were steep. Consider bringing your own breakfast items, as there’s no complimentary option.

I loved the luxurious ambiance of Hotel Arista, especially the beautifully decorated lobby and common areas that felt welcoming and accessible for seniors. The attentive staff made it easy for us to navigate the hotel comfortably.

More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

The room was really nice with a comfy bed, a TV in the mirror, and a clean private bathroom with luxurious toiletries. Room service was quick and tasty, and I loved the fitness center and spa options available like massages and personal trainers. The bar area was great for relaxing with friends too!

The king suite was stunning, with a TV in the bathroom mirror and super comfy beds. The only hiccup was the front desk couldn't help us with extra chargers, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

The food vibe at Arista was pretty dope! The cocktail bar had some killer drinks and a chill atmosphere. Also, the King Room really brought the heat with that luxurious bathroom setup and the mirror TV, making it all feel swanky.

But yo, the water temperature was a rollercoaster—hot then cold with no middle ground. Plus, I found the floors a bit grimy, and was bummed there was only a bottom sheet on the bed. Still, the atmosphere kept it alive.

While the hotel boasts some nice features, room service left much to be desired with delays impacting meal enjoyment. There's also a noticeable lack of recreational facilities. incorporating a pool would really enhance the experience and provide more options for leisure. Additionally, the location feels slightly disconnected for those without a vehicle, limiting easy access to local attractions.

A surprising inconsistency in room service times and the need for better maintenance on common areas were noticeable drawbacks.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, valet parking, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find car service, making my stay even better. I highly recommend it for any trip!
